Peri & Menopause Creative Sessions @ Bournville Hub

Explore through workshop sessions how creative practice can support health and wellbeing, with a focus on peri and menopausal life stages.

With practicing artist and educator of 30 years experience, Emma Richter will guide you through artmaking, reflection, and shared stories, helping people navigate change, express identity, and build connections during this life stage. Each session we will create a 2D outcome to take home. All materials are included in the price plus tea and coffee.

Reduce stress and anxiety by providing focus, flow, and relaxation.

  • Support self-expression when words aren’t enough.

  • Strengthen confidence and identity through creativity.

  • Build connection by sharing experiences in group or community settings.

  • Encourage reflection on personal transitions and growth.

By combining creativity with wellbeing, this approach helps people feel more grounded, connected, and empowered during a time of change.

First session is free for all newcomers.
